Sales Director – Western Europe
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director based in Western Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct sales efforts and meeting revenue growth objectives.
The primary focus will be selling contract manufacturing services across the Western Europe.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies required to meet our financial goals
- Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Develop a sales program to coach, train and motivate a team of Account Managers across Western Europe
- Communicate regularly with Account Managers and customers
- Collaborate with Operations to evaluate accounts and identify areas of opportunity
- Produce sales reports and budgets
- Stay apprised of market trends, economic indicators and our competitors
- Review and develop the Company’s Action Plan while keeping in line with the sales strategy and objectives
- Entrepreneur motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and Inter-personal skills
- Proven ability to manage and lead a sales team
- Good problem solving ability and negotiation skills
